Who we are
Founded in 2018, Shanghai Lynx has become China's largest youth lacrosse development club, combining long-term athlete development with a high-performance coaching culture.
Today, Lynx offers year-round opportunities for players — training, camps, clinics, international tours, and leagues — and regularly travels to compete in national level and Asia-Pacific invitational tournaments.

Training
Lynx training is built around 12 to 15 week spring and fall seasons, with players grouped by age, level, and team goals. Winter and summer sessions shift around school calendars and focus on tournament preparation for intermediate and advanced players.
Spring and fall seasons run 12-15 weeks, with multiple weekly training options on weekday evenings and weekends.
